Welcome to the Texas Surety Federation

Surety Services Federation of Texas, d/b/a/ Texas Surety Federation is a Texas non-profit corporation.  The Federation is a trade and advocacy association consisting of surety carriers and independent surety agents doing business in the State of Texas.

The primary specific purpose of the Federation is to promote, preserve, maintain, and educate the members of the Federation and the public regarding the Texas surety industry.  The Federation gathers & disseminates information on proposed or pending legislative, regulatory, and local governmental actions of interest to the surety industry.  The Federation will do any and all other lawful acts to help the surety industry better serve the public; to promote expansion of surety business and to promote any other legitimate common interest of the members. The Federation cooperates with other associations of sureties, bond producers, insurance companies, and consumers of surety products and services.

The Federation is the fair and equitable voice of the Texas surety industry.
